    two component dispensingWhen your production process requires a two-component fluid, a mixing and dispensing system is recommended. Mixing can be done manually or with an automatic metering and mixing system:

    For the manual solution a fluid can be handled as a one-component material using either manual dispensing or valve systems whilst mixing takes place inside the cartridges. Alternatively, complete metering and mixing systems are available as a single shot or continuous output machine.

    The combination of precision dispensing along with the latest in static
    mixing technology provides tailor made solutions to a wide range of industries.

    The different principles are:

    • 2 Component Piston pump systems ideally suited to laying shorter beads or applying precise shot volumes 

    • 2 Component Gear pump systems ideally suited to laying long beads of adhesive or where adjustable mix ratios are required
       

    Both systems ensure accurate metering through mixing and air-free dispensing. This meets highest quality and consistency standards.

    Two Component Dispensing Applications
    Typical Two Component Dispensing applications are bonding automobile panels, sealing lamp clusters, greasing and lubrication of various components, bonding and sealing glass window structures, encapsulation of LED lighting systems, power supplies, coils and transformers, sealing exterior lighting, encapsulation of PCB's and components, sealing hepa filter panels, casting flexible filter end caps, and many, many more.
